At The Asian Skincare, we aim to get your skincare products to you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Time:

  • Fast Delivery: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from the moment your order is placed.

  • Business Days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates:

  • Free UK Shipping on orders over £30!

  • For orders under £30, a standard shipping fee will apply. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

  • We also offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs for international orders will vary based on the destination.

Order Processing:

  • We process orders between 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Friday.

  • Any orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method:

  • We partner with trusted delivery services to ensure your order arrives safely and quickly.

  • Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your order.

Where We Ship:

  • We provide UK-wide delivery.

Order Confirmation:

  • After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will follow with tracking details.

Missing or Lost Shipments:
